Membership of Auckland Communities and Residents Association Inc (“C&R”, “Association”) is open to any individual who supports the broad aims and objectives of the Association and agrees to abide by the Rules of the Association as set out in the Constitution.

The membership fee shall be set by the Executive of C&R. Currently this is $20.00 per year for individuals.

Members and supporters are free to disclose their membership or support of C&R as they see fit. C&R will not disclose the identity of its member or supporters, except as required by law, or where the member and/or supporter consents.

Members and supporters are encouraged to donate to C&R to finance its operations and campaigns.

The Executive of C&R is responsible for the activities of C&R and shall select and direct any campaign that C&R chooses to undertake or not to undertake.

The Executive of C&R in its sole discretion shall have the right to refuse membership to or to cancel the membership of, any person consistent with the rules of C&R registered with the Registrar of Incorporated Societies.

Membership cancellation and refund policy

Once an order has been made, you cannot cancel it. Members wishing to resign from C&R shall give notice in writing to the Executive to that effect. There will be no refund of fees already paid in the event of resignation within a paid financial period.
