Mark Pervan
Born at Greenlane Hospital to hardworking migrant parents, my first home was on Dominion Road. I’ve proudly lived in the Albert-Eden-Puketāpapa area for 49 years, attending Good Shepherd, Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, and St Peter’s College.
I’ve played and coached football for Central United, Auckland United, and Western Springs, and contributed to the Dominion Road Business Association and Croatian Cultural Society.
With over 30 years in fashion, textiles, property, and global supply networks, I’ve built successful businesses in Mt Roskill, Mt Eden, and Sandringham. I bring a practical, creative mindset to everything I do—from designing homes to leading teams.
It’s been an honour to serve on the Puketāpapa Local Board. I’m passionate about supporting all residents and businesses in our diverse, vibrant community, so let’s keep building a better Albert-Eden-Puketāpapa together.
